Terms & Conditions

All purchase orders will be reviewed by management team and can be refused.

For U.S.A. deliveries, all prices shown are F.O.B Hillsboro, Oregon.

Deposits due at the time of order are non-refundable.

For international deliveries, all prices shown are 1) F.O.B customer door for full 40ft containers 2) All orders less than full 40ft containers are F.O.B. to customer major port, shipping charges may apply.

All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars.

For all international deliveries customer is responsible for all import taxes, duties, VAT or other costs related to that countries’ import or custom fees.

Claims & Returns

Any claims must be submitted within 30 days upon receipt of goods for approval. For any approved returns of goods there is a 15% restocking fee, goods must be in the same condition they were shipped We inspect all returned items; the product must be in new and unused condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All refunds will be in the form of store credit. If product condition is unacceptable credit will not be given. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Root Pouch offers different fabrics, each fabric with its own suggested uses and capabilities. We have created these for the purpose of offering different, sometimes similar attributes as our other fabrics.

Our intentions are to enhance the performance of the material used in the horticultural industry.

Often, we provide our customers with recommended products based on the type of fabric used and the specific needs they express. However, these recommendations aren’t guarantees of increased crop yield, decreased root circling, or any other performance indicator for your crop.

Each fabric has its own limitations. Each growing operation has its own unique growing conditions, soils and plant varieties as well as different durations of use in the bag. Each of these circumstances may affect the performance and the limitations of each fabric, so our suggestions are simply suggestions. The ultimate and final choice of which fabric to use is solely the grower’s decision and not Root Pouch or Averna Dudeck Enterprises LLC.

Root Pouch (Averna & Dudeck Enterprises, LLC) will not be liable for any damages whatsoever including without limitation to loss of plants, interruption of business, loss of profits or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

In no event shall Root Pouch (Averna & Dudeck Enterprises, LLC) be liable for any damage or injury to property or individuals because of the ownership, possession, or use of any product manufactured, sold or delivered by any of the Company or its subsidiaries.
