Hydro/Culture Pots & Inserts

Designed with Healthier Roots in Mind

Root Pouch Hydro/Culture Fabric Pots & Inserts provide a more sustainable and environmentally sound alternative to plastic culture pots. They come in two different styles: tapered liners and stand alone pots. In both applications the porous breathable fabric allows water, nutrients, and air to freely pass through, nurturing the root systems.

Tapered Hydro/Culture Liners

Root Pouch tapered liners are designed to sit firmly inside another pot creating a root pruning, nurturing environment within another structure.  When used in water culture applications in a cage (net) pot, Root Pouch fabric liners allow nutrients and water to freely pass through while filtering debris and controlling root growth. Many sizes available within three different degrees of porosity. Custom sizes also available upon request.

Standard densities of fabric:  Black: 90 g/m2, Charcoal: 150 g/m2 , Grey: 250 g/m2

Each with its own porosity to fluids, oxygen and thermal conductivity.

Root Pouch fabric inserts are not designed to replace your pots, they are designed to make them work better.
